Aveanna Healthcare Private Duty Nurse LPN - Feeding Tube Child (Days) – Join our team of Licensed Practical Nurses caring for children with low acuity feeding tube needs in Fairfax, VA.

• Provide child‑centered nursing care during 8‑hour shifts (Wednesday 8:00‑8:00, Thursday 11:00‑8:00).
• Manage feeding tube assessment, medication administration, and charting via tablet in patient home.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support 24/7 clinical help.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid requirements, vaccinations, and testing.

• Active LPN/LVN license in Virginia; compact license transferable within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (hired with assistance if needed).
• TB skin test current within 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.
• Preferred: six months hands‑on nursing experience.
