Hiring immediately for full‑time salaried Senior Restaurant Manager. Senior Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing and executing all front‑of‑house functions in accordance with P.F. Chang’s established procedures and the direction of the Operating Partner. This role is a lead front‑of‑house management position.

• Supervise and facilitate training of all Hospitality Team Members.
• Articulate clearly to Team Members, other members of Management, and our Guests.
• Develop schedules for all Hospitality Team members.
• Hold pre‑shift meetings to provide daily focus and continuous direction for staff.
• Hold front‑of‑house staff accountable for dress code standards.
• Execute all state safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support the execution of inventory.
• Manage controllable expenses for area of responsibility.
• Assign and complete all side work.
• Manage check‑outs for all Hospitality staff.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for Team Members and Guests.
• Handle Guest Service issues professionally and with compassion.
• Live the Message in all aspects of the position and inspire others to do the same.
• Stand and walk for periods of eight to ten hours each shift.
• Reach, bend, balance, and transport various objects weighing up to 30 lbs repeatedly during a shift; may need to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Operate kitchen equipment—including a wok, mixer, slicer, buffalo chopper—and use knives appropriately while maintaining integrity.

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management.
• Valid driver’s license to perform occasional duties such as shift coverage, meeting liquor license requirements, delivering large catering orders, making supply runs, local restaurant marketing, attending off‑site training and business meetings, and traveling between locations.
• Experience working in a hands‑on, fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Experience mentoring and training hourly team members.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction to teams.

• Experience in a casual restaurant or upscale dining.
• Experience working in a corporate restaurant chain with established processes, systems, and accustomed to corporate structure and protocols.
• Involvement/understanding of managing inventory, cost of goods, and overall control of financials.
