As a member of the Cookie Crew at our GMU store located at 10669 Braddock Rd d 7, Fairfax, VA 22032, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You are the front-line point of contact for customers and you also bake our warm and delicious cookies.

- Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
- Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
- Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
- Bake cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream
- Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
- Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages or overages
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery

- At least 6 months of experience in a customer service-focused role (preferred)
- Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
- Customer service focused and a willingness to exceed guest expectations
- Great communication, organizational, and math skills
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
