Sales Manager – Empire Portfolio Group Overview

We are looking for energetic, goal-oriented Sales Managers to join the Empire Portfolio Group, a community of Orange theory Fitness studios across the U.S. The role focuses on enrolling new members, driving sales, and contributing to the studio’s growth.

• Compensation: $20.00 per hour plus commissions on sales and quarterly bonuses.

• Lead outreach, conversion, and generation.
• Greet studio visitors with enthusiasm and knowledge.
• Give studio tours and sell memberships to meet monthly goals.
• Follow up with prospective members.
• Handle member concerns professionally, aiming for resolution.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Work with the manager to hit monthly KPIs.
• Cross‑train with Operations Manager to address facility maintenance and cleanliness.

• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to build relationships with prospective and existing members.
• Multi‑tasker with minimal supervision.
• Proven flexibility, willingness to handle tasks independently, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Passion for sales and fitness.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1‑2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry.
