We are seeking a Sales & Design Specialist for a full-time, on-site position at our Fairfax, VA location. The role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions for spaces in various sectors like office and residential. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, offering design consultations, building strong customer relationships, and maintaining expertise on Miller Knoll's extensive collection of high-quality products and solutions.
The role also includes collaborating with team members and contributing to an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide excellent service.
- Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to meet or exceed targets and drive business growth.
- Experience in Training to guide and support team members in achieving professional development and sales goals.
- A passion for design, furniture, or interiors, coupled with a keen eye for detail and an aesthetic sensibility.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in sales, design, or related fields is preferred.
