Commercial Producer

We are a boutique, independent Erie Insurance agency in Fairfax, VA focused on business risk management in the DMV. An ideal candidate is a Commercial Producer who thrives on setting, working towards & attaining growth Goal's and is motivated financially. The position requires: placing Outbound Call's, Active Listening, setting new business Appointments outside the office, traveling to/from Prospect & Client offices in the DMV to present Proposals; reviewing & assessing Policy Declarations, Loss History and other data; crafting unique & detailed Account Submissions & negotiating Credit & Pricing with Underwriters;

and, participating in weekly Production meetings and being an active part of a collaborative team culture.

As a boutique shop our Compensation plans & Commission Splits on Renewal & New Business rank as some of the richest amongst P&C Brokers. Our Producer's contracts provide some of the industry's highest renewal commission splits (we reward Book growth & retention) + Annual Profit Sharing + Deferred Compensation. We guarantee our Commercial Producers Base Salary's from the date of hire until validation.

• IXD: source for: x-dates, WC carrier history, and other metrics/talking points.

  24 – Middle-Market Accounts appreciate 24/7 access to COI's, Auto , etc.

• Service Team – we have a dedicated Account Service Team providing all Support functions on your Accounts: COI's, Endorsements, Billing Support, & Proposals – this frees you up to focus on Production & Building your Book.
