Responsibilities :

Manage a team of installers for your daily job.

Prepare the truck with all the required tools for counter top installation.

Ability to lift heavy counter top pieces for installation.

Be ready to install multi kitchen countertops a day.

Ability to communicate with upper management and provide feedbacks on performed jobs.

Understand reading counter top drawing.

Expert with handling and installing stone countertops.

Having a good customer service.

Familiar with construction site and safety requirement.

Perform additional tasks per upper management request.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license

5+ years’ experience in stone/counter top installation is a plus

Excellent oral and written English language communication skills

Understand to read blueprint.

Good organizational skills

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

DC Resident is a plus
