Qualifications
- Must be U.S. Citizen
- Must pass a background check once hired
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of Chimney Technician Experience
- High level of customer service
- Possess good oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once with strict deadlines and prioritization skills.
- Ability to assess problems and recommend viable solutions to resolve issues.
- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with others and departments to achieve objectives and resolve escalations.
- Ability to listen and comprehend calls while evaluating customer service and missed sales opportunities to increase performance behavior.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service.
- Show up on time.
- Do the job correctly the first time.
- Sweep and repair customers chimneys.
- All other responsibilities assigned by your direct supervisor not mentioned in posting.
Able to safely work on a ladder and use equipment.
Probationary PeriodAll employees must complete a 90 working days probationary period from the first day of work
