Job Description

HII Mission Technologies seeks an innovative remote AI-Enabled Solutions Developer to join our enterprise Program Management Office (ePMO). This role leverages modern AI-assisted development tools to rapidly build and deploy full stack web applications, mobile applications, and integrated business solutions that support defense contract management operations.

As an AI-Enabled Solutions Developer, you will work alongside program managers and business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into functional applications. The primary focus will be developing and enhancing our Program Management Portal, with additional opportunities to build mobile applications and automation tools that improve efficiency across our defense services portfolio.

This position requires a blend of technical fluency, systems thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with AI coding assistants to accelerate development timelines.

Essential

Job Responsibilities

+ Develop and maintain the Program Management Portal using modern web frameworks and database technologies

+ Build cross-platform mobile applications using React Native or similar frameworks

+ Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate solution delivery

+ Translate business requirements into application architecture and functional specifications

+ Design and implement database schemas, APIs, and integration points with existing business systems

+ Conduct rapid prototyping to validate concepts with stakeholders

+ Debug, test, and refine AI-generated code for quality and performance

+ Create technical documentation for developed solutions

+ Collaborate with program managers to identify automation opportunities and efficiency improvements

+ Support integrations with enterprise tools including Smartsheet, financial systems, and reporting platforms

+ Maintain and enhance existing applications based on user feedback and evolving requirements
