About Soccer Shots
Soccer Shots is the leader in youth soccer development. Our nationally recognized program offers a high‑energy, fun, age‑appropriate introduction to the wonderful game of soccer. Our innovative curriculum emphasizes both soccer skills and character development. Our goal is simple: to leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve.
Role OverviewAs an Elite Coach you will lead high‑energy 30‑minute sessions to kids ages 2‑8 throughout the DC/MD/VA area. Coaching children will be one of the most rewarding things you ever do. You’ll laugh, break a sweat, and go home knowing you made a difference. This part‑time position guarantees 15‑20 hours per week with flexible schedule and competitive pay.

Qualifications- Passion for working with children and a "silly, goofy" personality
- Responsible, organized, high standards, patience, flexibility
- Prior experience working with children (soccer experience not required)
- Valid driver’s license and access to an insured personal vehicle
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check
