Location: Woodleigh Chase by Erickson Senior Living
Role: Fitness Specialist – teaching fitness classes and personal training. You will assess, monitor, and develop individual fitness programs for residents.
Compensation: Starting at $18 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, either 8:00 am – 4:30 pm or 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.
How You Will Make An Impact- Perform fitness assessments including vital signs.
- Prescribe an appropriate exercise program covering flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular training.
- Educate and evaluate members on proper exercise techniques.
- Assist with coordination and implementation of Wellness programs.
- Maintain a clean and safe fitness area for members.
- Build strong relationships with residents and staff, encouraging physical activity.
- Gated community with 24/7 security.

- Associate’s degree in Health Education or related field required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Current CPR/First Aid certifications.
- Experience evaluating fitness programs for seniors is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-year related work experience.
