• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1–2+ years of teaching experience (Alabama certification preferred) with a proven record of propelling extraordinary student growth.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum undergraduate cumulative GPA of 3.0 and a desire for growth in a feedback‑driven, supportive environment.
