Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy.
- Reconcile sub‑ledger to general ledger account balances.
- Supervise resident billing cycles and ensure invoices are accurate and timely.
- Perform variance analyses and prepare account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet, income statement, and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses.
- Oversee invoice processing, coding, and payment approvals.
- Serve as backup to other Accounting functions inclusive of AP/AR, Medical Billing, and Purchasing.
- Represent the Accounting department in various committees at Paradise Valley Estates as required.
- 5–7 years of finance and accounting experience with progressively expanded roles.
- Experience in senior living and working with non‑profits (preferred).
- Experience with corporate performance management or similar planning, budgeting, and reporting system as well as capital planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills (required).
