• Prepare and process progress billings including materials, labor and margin breakdowns
• Manage contract compliance and billing requirements for home builder accounts
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments as needed
• Validate pricing, job costs, and change orders before invoicing
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate project documentation and revenue recognition
• Provide strong customer service when working with contractors and builder representatives
• Maintain accurate records in Roll Master
• Support team operations and reporting as required

• 3+ years experience in construction or building materials billing
• Strong AR knowledge and understanding of contract billing workflows
• Ability to read job documents and understand builder terminology and expectations
• Professional communication and customer service skills internally and externally
• High attention to detail and accuracy in fast‑paced environments
• Thick skin and problem‑solving mindset when dealing with contractor personalities
• Self‑sufficient operator who learns quickly and doesn’t require daily hand holding
• Experience with Roll Master or similar ERP preferred
• Prevailing wage billing experience preferred
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
