We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative/ Production Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative/ Production Assistant
, you will be responsible for inputting and managing data accurately and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems.
  • Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files.
  • Respond to data inquiries and help team members as needed.
  • Assist with payroll processing tasks, including data entry, verification, and filing.
  • Work closely with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
  • Update existing data.
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Sort filled and organized paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost.
  • Answer staff queries regarding payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
  • Prepare and generate reports as required.
  • Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.
  • Timecard calculating (total hours, overtime, and double time).
  • Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems in a timely manner.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a data entry admin assistant.
  • Fast typing skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Word, and Excel.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Great attention to detail and basic understanding of databases.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with data management software is a plus.
  • Proficient in math calculations.
