Multi‑Site Leasing Consultant – ReNew Park Viva

Join Trinity Property Consultants as a Multi‑Site Leasing Consultant at ReNew Park Viva. This full‑time position involves servicing two or more apartment communities, delivering superior customer service, and supporting leasing and maintenance operations.

$24 to $26 hourly, plus lease commissions and renewal bonuses. Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., with availability to work weekends.

• Handle all duties and tasks for two or more apartment communities
• Provide superior customer service
• Assist in complete market surveys
• Show, lease, and move‑in prospective community members
• Update unit availability daily
• Process rental applications and maintenance requests
• Receive collections in accordance with Trinity’s standards
• Clerical and phone support
• Maintain all community member files ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Maintain a calendar of scheduled move‑ins and conduct move‑in inspections
• Resolve resident complaints and direct pertinent issues to Supervisor
• Conduct community member move‑out walk‑throughs
• Other duties assigned by Supervisor

The employee will regularly sit, stand, walk, and use feet, legs, back, arms, and hands; talk and hear. The employee may occasionally climb, work on a PC, and talk on the phone for extended periods. Must detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available for extended, flexible hours and weekends as needed.

Full‑time position requiring availability some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Regular attendance and active participation in company functions and events is expected.

• High school education or equivalent required
• One year of experience in a service industry preferred
• Intermediate computer and Internet knowledge; MS Office proficiency; knowledge of Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, Resident Check preferred
• Strong willingness for ongoing professional development
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; accurate math skills
