We are looking for entry level candidates for our Service Representative position. Previous experience in the building industry is preferred but not required. Compensation: $18.00 - $28.00 hourly.

Under the direction of the Branch Manager, candidates will be responsible for processing order-related transactions and maintaining accurate records within internal systems. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Accurately input orders and related information into the computer system.
• Review orders for completeness and accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Support branch operations through administrative and clerical tasks, including sharing Saturday opening of the store on a rotating basis.

• Minimum of 6 months experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn internal systems.
• Effective written communication skills.
