PositionEarly Learning Education Professional / After School Instructor – Part‑Time
ScheduleMonday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay & Benefits- $21–$23 per hour (pay based on education and experience)

- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations
- Paraprofessional qualifications: hold an Associate’s degree or higher, or have completed 48 college semester units, or pass the Para Pro exam. If a candidate does not meet the educational requirement, they must complete the Para Pro testing process prior to being hired or starting in their position.
- Lead a group of students through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more.
- Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children’s sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students’ interests and talents.
- Provide a caring, family‑oriented environment where positive staff, child and parent relationships are fostered.
