SERVICE TECHNICIAN NORTH AMERICA (m/f/d)

• Preparing systems and carrying out tests at the factory in Fairfield
• Carrying out customer training
• Installing and commissioning numbering systems, mainly in North America
• Performing acceptance tests of the systems together with the customer
• Repairs and maintenance, mainly in North America
• Coordination of technical requirements and conditions on site (upgrades, necessary spare parts, etc.) as part of service agreements

• Qualification as an electronics technician or mechatronics engineer (licence up to 400 V) and experience in service
• Knowledge of mechanical and plant engineering as well as good PC skills (software installations in the Windows environment)
• Excellent customer and service orientation, independence and a structured and results-orientated way of working
• Good communication skills, persuasiveness and a cooperative and confident manner
• High ability to communicate the goals of the company and the individual order well to the customer
• High level of motivation and willingness to travel
