Housekeeping Manager

We are looking for a driven and brand experienced detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead our 160-room hotel and housekeeping team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. • Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain optimal team performance
• Conduct regular room inspections and quality control checks to ensure brand standards are met
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, coordinating orders as needed
• Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to coordinate room readiness and resolve guest concerns
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and compliance protocols in accordance with health regulations
• Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally

• 2+ years of housekeeping supervisory or management experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate staff
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards
• Solid organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with housekeeping management software and property management systems (PMS) a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
