Ferrara Candy Co. is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic for the 3rd shift (core hours 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Mon-Fri) at our Fairfield facility. You’ll install, maintain, and repair food processing and packaging equipment, including conveyors, motors, robotics, and sensors, to support factory goals.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical systems, performing preventive maintenance, and using CMMS to document work. Strong reading of schematics and teamwork required; lifting up to 50 pounds.
