MACC exists to glorify God and share the good news of Jesus Christ through support, cooperation, and charitable works among associated members and participants. As a faith-based, community benefit organization, we serve through our charitable departments, including Benevolence, Pneuma Care Health, and the North Valley Community Food Bank. The Benevolence department supports pastors and churches through spiritual, practical, and material assistance, reflecting our commitment to build up the Body of Christ and love our neighbors in need.
The Ministerial Engagement Manager supports the mission of MACC by managing the day-to-day operations of the Benevolence Team and delivering benefits and services to affiliated ministers, churches, and ministry workers. This position plays a critical role in building personal relationships with pastors and ministry leaders, coordinating benevolence programs, and administering pastoral support services.
