Box Lunch Seasonal Key Holder - Overview

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return. You’ll use your product knowledge, customer experience skills and enthusiasm for pop culture.
• Step in and step up when needed. You’ll provide leadership support and help run the store when your Manager is unavailable.
• Understand store sales plan and comp sales goals, and help drive sales by increasing key KPIs: UPT and ADT.
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure that assigned areas are up to visual standards. You’ll also help in the opening and closing of the store.
• Work the register; you’ll process sales transactions and use your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales. You’ll also be able to close out the register and communicate shortages or overages to your Store Manager.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and respective HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to ensure there’s no misuse of spells or theft.
• Support the maintenance of the store and keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Train and coach new Sales Associates as needed to help them quickly get acclimated to the team.
• Any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous experience working in a retail environment. If you’re passionate about philanthropy and all things pop culture, you’re in the right place.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to join the fandom force.
• A high school Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Collaborative and communication skills, with leadership aptitude.
• Physical ability to stand and walk during scheduled hours, reach for merchandise using ladders or poles, and move boxes up to weight limits required by the role (up to 50 pounds).

Pay: $16.50 - $19 an hour.

Please note the pay range for this position starts as listed in the job posting, but other factors such as an individual’s education, location, meeting the minimum job requirements for the role, training and experience, will determine the final salary for potential new hires.
