The Seasonal Sales Associate role supports Vans during peak season with potential to transition to regular employment. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth within Vans and VF brands.

• Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Serve as a one stop resource for customers, providing product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and share activity, community, and product knowledge to create a memorable customer experience.
• Achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing all available resources to meet customer needs.
• Assist in executing and maintaining visual directives and standards, including merchandise presentation, housekeeping, and product replenishment.
• Assume cashier duties as needed.
• Assist in the execution of Loss Prevention initiatives.
• Assist in overall visual and operational maintenance of the store.

• Ability to foster a customer centric mindset and create an inclusive store environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to collaborate, work as a team, and be adaptable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn about the products, activities, and community relevant to the store’s customer base.
• Attention to detail and proficient computer skills.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Hiring Range: $17.50 - $23.04 USD per hour
