As a versatile Team Member, you are a crucial part of our dynamic team, supporting operations at both our Norwalk (SONO) and Fairfield locations. All Team Members are cross‑trained and expected to float between Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) responsibilities as business needs dictate. You will ensure a welcoming, safe, and clean environment for all guests, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the smooth operation of daily activities.

Responsibilities- Warmly greet all guests, manage check‑ins/check‑outs, and process payments accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Actively engage with guests, answer questions, and provide information about our facility, services, memberships, and party packages.
- Provide party booking information, process sales, and assist members with account sign up.
- Resolve guest concerns and feedback independently and professionally, escalating complex issues to management as needed.
- Coordinate with management regarding parties and memberships.
- Assist in party set ups, hosting, and breakdowns.
- Regularly patrol and monitor designated play areas and the overall facility to ensure general safety rules are followed by all guests.
- Identify and address immediate hazards (e.g., spills, malfunctioning equipment) and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Execute comprehensive cleaning and sanitization protocols for all equipment, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas throughout your shift.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setup, tidying, and securing the facility.
- Manage and restock supplies for various areas (e.g., restrooms, cleaning stations).
- Be prepared to provide basic first aid and respond to emergencies according to established protocols.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor Degree Preferred).
- 1‑3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or a similar family‑friendly entertainment environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Strong ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and basic computer functions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in an upbeat environment.
- Ability to work shifts on Saturday and Sunday.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to [e.g., 25‑50] pounds throughout a shift.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Certification in First Aid/CPR is a plus (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
