• Make presence visible and provide excellent customer service to assure residents and team members that the community is secure.
• Patrol exterior grounds and interior buildings across the PVE campus to ensure buildings, grounds, and gates are secure.
• Maintain daily activity log, visitor logs, incident reports, and other logs as appropriate.
• Welcome visitors, vendors, guests, and team members to campus. Screen for appropriate access.
• Monitor cameras and alarm systems and respond to emergency calls; perform CPR or First Aid as needed.
• Provide assistance to those in need. This may include transporting in a golf cart, assisting with a delivery, capturing animals, basic maintenance work after hours (e.g., changing batteries, turning off water, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned.

• Guard card and CPR certified preferred; however, will assist with obtaining upon hire
