We are currently seeking a Renovations Technician. In this role you will be responsible for a variety of tasks associated with property and apartment renovations, including overseeing two sites.

• Replace appliances, lighting fixtures, and faucets
• Perform drywall, painting, and carpentry tasks as well as electrical and plumbing work
• Perform demolition work to include removing old materials
• Maintain equipment in proper condition and report any problems to a supervisor

• Proven plumbing and electrical experience
• Proven carpentry experience
• Knowledge and ability to perform general maintenance and renovation tasks
• Self‑motivated with attention to detail and the ability to meet firm deadlines
• Compliance with all company safety processes and procedures

Full‑time: $35.00 to $37.00 per hour
