Capital Maintenance Technician – Paradise Valley Estates

$26.00/hr – $29.00/hr

Paradise Valley Estates (PVE) is an 76‑acre, premier resort‑style senior living community that values teamwork, inclusion, and investing in staff. As a Capital Maintenance Technician, you will work under the Capital Projects Manager to perform pre‑move‑in renovations—from demolition to completion—ensuring vacant homes are ready for occupancy.

• Perform maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment, including plumbing, drywall/plastering, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Install lighting fixtures and replace burned‑out bulbs—including headlights, fluorescent, and LED types.
• Conduct interior and exterior painting, pressure washing, window repair, and other tasks required to prepare homes for residents.

• Journeyman‑level training and experience in remodel upgrades and repairs across plumbing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and equipment systems.
