Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Winn Companies is seeking a Regional Maintenance Technician to support communities across Northern California, including the Bay Area and Central Valley. The role requires travel to multiple properties, typically 75% of the time, using your own vehicle, with mileage reimbursement.
Pay ranges from $28.00 to $33.00 per hour, depending on experience. Schedule usually runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with on-call expectations for urgent needs.
