Insight Housing is seeking a Housing Navigator to support the Roads Home program, helping Veterans experience homelessness move into stable housing with landlord engagement and case management. You will work under the Program Manager to liaison with landlords and ensure compliance with housing rules, while guiding clients through housing options and required documentation.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in social services, CPR/First Aid, and experience with housing systems.
