ASRC Federal / Broadleaf is seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Software Engineer (Key) to support our Army Analytics Group work in Fairfield, CA.

The Senior Software Engineer (Key) leads the design, development, and deployment of complex software solutions within a secure government environment in Fairfield, CA.

This role involves full-stack development, system integration, and support for legacy and cloud-native applications using languages such as Java, Python, or .NET.

The ideal candidate will participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to secure coding practices and Dev Sec Ops  standards.

Experience with Agile development, CI/CD pipelines, and government compliance (e.g., STIGs, RMF) is essential.

Database experience is a requirement — a key senior SE should be able to design a database, write competent queries, and integrate applications with databases.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or a related field, or Equivalent experience.
• 8-10 years of experience in Software Engineering required.
• Experience with Agile development, CI/CD pipelines, and government compliance (e.g., STIGs, RMF) is essential.
• Full-stack development, system integration, and support for legacy and cloud-native applications using languages such as Java, Python, or .NET.
