Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week between the business hours of 8 am – 5 pm.

Warehouse/Driver I provides assistance to both internal and external customers by performing warehouse responsibilities and supporting the team as a backup driver.

• Deliver orders to customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Receive daily rush orders and weekly orders.
• Check status on orders.
• Put away stock in warehouse and pull will‑call orders for customer pick‑up.
• Maintain bin locations.
• Process ship‑outs that need to go from the branch.
• Process all warranty and returns and verify that paperwork has been neatly and properly filled out.
• Prepare warranty and returns for ship‑out to Tigard branch and/or vendor direct.
• Order and return compressed gas tanks as needed.
• Clean and straighten the warehouse daily.
• Work well as a team player.
• Follow all Company Policies and Store Standards.

• Assist with counter/phone sales and call customers to inform them of backorders that are ready for pick‑up on an as‑needed basis.
• Recycle cardboard and empty branch garbage twice a week.
• Fill freight claims when necessary, assist with stocking showroom, attend ongoing training classes.
• Work on special projects as assigned.

• Must possess and maintain a current valid driver’s license.
• Delivery driving experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; and two to three years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Past experience in shipping/receiving and material handling.
• HVAC/R experience along with customer service and/or sales preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Salary:
Starting at $20 hourly.
