REX is seeking a Sales Analyst that will play a foundational role in supporting the expansion of the firm’s long-term ETF platform. This position is ideal for an early-career professional eager to contribute across CRM strategy, data analysis, campaign execution, and content development. The Analyst will work directly with senior leadership and support both U.S. and European distribution initiatives, helping to lay the groundwork for a scalable, data-driven sales operation.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and segment CRM data; build internal dashboards and reporting tools to track advisor engagement, campaign performance, and inform sales strategy.
- Support the creation, update, and organization of key materials including presentations, white papers, RFPs, DDQs, and marketing collateral.
- Develop structured, repeatable processes for updating sales content and documentation; create internal guides to ensure consistency and continuity.
- Track competitor product landscape and advisor feedback; build and maintain competitive analyses to inform positioning and messaging efforts.
- Assist in coordinating campaigns, events, and advisor roadshows in partnership with broader sales team.
- Monitor inbound inquiries from the REX website, shared inboxes, and other digital channels, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Provide scheduling and post-event support for advisor webinars, meetings, and conferences.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial services, asset management, wealth management or financial technology.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills;
Excel and CRM (e.g., Hub Spot or Salesforce) proficiency preferred. - Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with investment products (ETFs, mutual funds); interest in options strategies and/or portfolio construction is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-starter mindset with an eagerness to grow and take on increasing responsibility over time.
