The successful candidate will play an important role in the customer experience and foster outstanding relationships with clients.

• Foster strong client relationships by understanding their goals and helping them succeed
• Deliver outstanding support through phone, email, and live chat to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Serve as a key connection between the Client Success Team and other departments to resolve issues and drive satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, updates, and activities in the CRM system

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective time management and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• A self-starter mindset with a desire to exceed expectations
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required
