Job Overview
Our office, Fairfield County Implants & Periodontics, is seeking a personable and kind‑hearted Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! We have a beautiful modern office, a wonderful patient population, and an enthusiastic team dedicated to quality care.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless patient experience from the initial consultation to treatment completion. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Scheduling patients, confirming appointments, collecting payments, and providing a WOW experience for our patients.
- Completing treatment consents and coordinating patient treatment with other providers.
- Answering heavy phone volume, e‑mail, and text messages.
- Assisting with financial arrangements and ensuring a positive and stress‑free experience for our valued patients.
- Assisting with other office responsibilities as needed.
Monday‑Friday (4‑day work week) 7:30 am – 5:00 pm. Office is closed Saturday and Sunday; no weekend work.
Qualifications- Must live within 25 miles of the office.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Previous hospitality experience.
- Team player.
- Solution‑oriented.
- Great written and verbal communication.
- Interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Great attitude and strong work ethic.
- Dental experience is preferred but not required.
- A high‑school diploma.

Position Base Pay Range: $23 – $28 USD.
