Job Overview

Our office, Fairfield County Implants & Periodontics, is seeking a personable and kind‑hearted Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! We have a beautiful modern office, a wonderful patient population, and an enthusiastic team dedicated to quality care.

As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless patient experience from the initial consultation to treatment completion. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Scheduling patients, confirming appointments, collecting payments, and providing a WOW experience for our patients.
• Completing treatment consents and coordinating patient treatment with other providers.
• Answering heavy phone volume, e‑mail, and text messages.
• Assisting with financial arrangements and ensuring a positive and stress‑free experience for our valued patients.
• Assisting with other office responsibilities as needed.

Monday‑Friday (4‑day work week) 7:30 am – 5:00 pm. Office is closed Saturday and Sunday; no weekend work.

• Must live within 25 miles of the office.
• Passionate about customer service.
• Previous hospitality experience.

• Great attitude and strong work ethic.
• Dental experience is preferred but not required.
• A high‑school diploma.

Position Base Pay Range: $23 – $28 USD.
