🌎 Youth Missions Trip Leader — Summer Adventure with Purpose
Organization: Leader Treks
Location: Based in West Chicago, IL — Travel across the U.S. (and possibly Costa Rica!)
Dates: Late May–Early August (11 weeks)
Compensation: Earn up to $6,000 — travel + housing included

Join Leader Treks and spend your summer leading youth mission trips, serving communities, and helping middle and high school students grow in their relationship with Christ. You’ll travel to new places, take on real leadership responsibilities, and see God work in powerful ways — all while being mentored and developed by experienced ministry leaders.

- Lead and disciple students on mission trips and service projects
- Facilitate devotions, team debriefs, and leadership activities
- Help plan and execute service projects and trip logistics
- Create an environment where students can grow and lead
- Reflect daily on what God is teaching you
- Celebrate all God has done at our end-of-summer retreat
