What You’ll DoYou’ll support advisors and client service teams by managing client operations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to firm‑wide projects. Your work will span four key areas:
Client Experience- Handle incoming client calls, schedule appointments, and provide proactive support.
- Ensure a seamless client journey through attentive service and follow‑through.
- Assist with account openings, transfers, money movement, and maintenance.
- Coordinate workflows to ensure requests are completed accurately and on time.
- Follow established service workflows and document compliance steps.
- Support firm‑wide initiatives in operations, planning, and gifting.
- Participate in team learning sessions and shadow opportunities.
- Incorporate feedback to continually improve skills and contributions.
- Client‑first mindset with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
- 2–5 years of administrative, account support, or customer service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (writing samples may be requested).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
