Maverick Real Estate Partners is a data‑focused private equity fund manager that invests in commercial real estate credit. We are seeking to add an Investment Analyst to the team based in our New York City office. The Analyst will participate in the evaluation, underwriting, diligence, and transaction closing of new investment opportunities.

• Underwrite all asset classes of commercial real estate in New York City and the surrounding area
• Build detailed financial models, study and understand the local market
• Write investment memoranda and present opportunities to committee
• Review and advise on legal provisions in loan documents
• Negotiate transaction terms and facilitate investment closing
• Collaborate with Asset Management, Property Management, and Legal team to analyze existing investments and optimize outcomes
• Create new data‑driven systems to improve underwriting and asset management workflows
• Strong academic record
• Demonstrated interest in real estate and/or finance, prior industry experience is a plus
• Someone who will thrive as part of a small, high‑performing team

Compensation will include a salary of $100,000. Benefits include a 401(k) plan with employer match as well as medical, dental and vision insurance plans. Generous vacation, sick leave, and parental leave policies. All new hires participate in Maverick’s intensive training program.
