• Sports Medicine Opportunities - Work with athletes of all levels, from youth sports to university teams, and contribute to cutting-edge performance programs.

• OSG proudly serves as the official medical provider for University of Bridgeport, Sacred Heart University, and Fairfield University, providing unique opportunities for physical therapists with a passion for sports medicine and athletic rehabilitation.
• Additionally, we recently launched Ortho Perform, a program for athletes and active individuals who have completed a standard rehabilitation program, and are looking to achieve a higher level of performance. We utilize an objective testing system to assess athletes during different stages of rehab and eventually help determine return to play.

• First 1-3 Months:
  Personalized onboarding, shadowing experienced PTs, and hands‑on training.
• Ongoing Support:
  Monthly mentor meetings, quarterly check‑ins, and optional surgical shadowing.
• Advanced Learning:
  In-depth exposure to cutting‑edge rehab techniques and innovative sports performance methods.
