• Accurately post patient and insurance payments
• Handle insurance billing, collections, and claim follow-ups
• Verify insurance benefits and patient eligibility
• Initiate and track insurance authorizations and referrals
• Respond to patient billing inquiries with care and clarity
• Document all actions and follow-ups in our EMR system

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in typing and professional correspondence
• Self-starter who works well both independently and in a team
• Reliable, detail-focused, and proactive in solving problems

• Competitive hourly pay: $21.00–$23.00/hour
