We’re hiring school-based Occupational Therapists (OTs) to support K–12 students across Bedford, TX and surrounding areas. This full-time W-2 or 1099 opportunity offers flexible scheduling, therapist-first support, and tools that reduce burnout — not increase it.

• Deliver OT services that support fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and classroom access
• Collaborate with educators and IEP teams to develop and monitor student goals
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress using Liri AI
• Participate in IEP meetings and support parents and school staff in implementing strategies
• Travel between campuses (within a manageable radius) with support from our scheduling team

• Full-time position aligned with the 2025–2026 academic year
• On-site during school hours with flexibility for planning and documentation
• Consistent caseloads across public and charter schools in the Bedford area

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Texas OT license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Prior experience in schools or pediatrics preferred
• Strong communication, time management, and IEP writing skills
• A collaborative mindset and comfort navigating school-based settings
