We provide in‑home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism and other developmental differences, and we’re looking for energetic, compassionate, and reliable individuals to join our growing team.
Monday: 4–6/7 PM
Tuesday: 5–7 PM

🌱 What You’ll DoProvide one‑on‑one, in‑home ABA therapy to children
Use positive reinforcement and play‑based learning to teach new skills
Collect simple data to track progress
Follow individualized behavior plans with guidance from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills through fun, structured activities Trata
👀 Who We’re Looking ForEducation: Bürische>
High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged to apply!)
paasissutiss: Childcare, education, healthcare, or mental health experience is a plus — but not required
Reliability: Consistency matters for kids to succeed
Personality: Patient, positive, compassionate, and motivated
Communication: Comfortable working with families and clinical team members
Independence: Able to work responsibly in a client’s home
Comfortable working actively with children
Basic comfort with technology for data collection
Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Physical ability to bend, kneel, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
