Optical Sales Associate

The Optical Sales Associate will be integral to the patient care experience, performing essential duties (training provided) such as:

• Assist patients with selecting and fitting eyewear, including glasses and contact lenses
• Manage and maintain accurate patient records and orders
• Communicate with patients to explain procedures, address concerns, and ensure comfort
• Provide support and information about specialty lenses and other optical products
• Contribute to a welcoming and collaborative team environment to enhance the patient care experience
