Location:
Urbandale, IA 50322
Pay Rate: $/hr. on w2 All Inclusive on SGS Payroll ( Doesn’t Include PTO/Holiday Pay)
Position Requirements:
In Office Urbandale 4-5 days per week 1st shift (8-5 or 7-4) 40 hours a week.
This resource will help with the following items:
Supporting Managers within ISG by helping with employee situations, recruiting support, processing HR changes or requests, supporting project work, change management, supporting early talent programs with Interns and Students
Education Preferred: Bachelor’s degree (ideally in HR, management, organizational design)
Years of Experience
Required:
1-2 years’ experience in HR (ideally HR generalist work, recruiting, and/or employee relations)
Top must have’s –
- Involvement/Desire to work within HR processing activities
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional communication abilities
- Strong HRIS experience (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel
- Highly comfortable pulling data and making business decisions based off of data
