Associate Attorney – Las Vegas, NV (In-Office)

Location: Las Vegas, NV 89119

Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 base + year-end bonus (based on productivity and profitability)
Schedule: Full-time | In-office | Monday–Friday

We are partnering with a client seeking an Associate Attorney for their Las Vegas office. This in-office role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and expanding team in the field of creditor’s rights and consumer collections law. Ideal candidates will have at least 1–2 years of experience practicing law and be eager to grow within a high-performing, collaborative legal environment.

• Manage consumer collections and civil litigation cases from intake to resolution
• Draft motions, pleadings, and legal documents
• Research case law and statutes relevant to ongoing matters
• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
• Collaborate with the team and receive training directly from senior attorneys

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active and in good standing to practice law in Nevada
• At least 1 year of legal practice preferred
• Creditor’s rights or collections experience is a plus, but not required
• Clear, concise writing and effective verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented and adaptable personality
• Ability to manage cases independently and meet 1,800 billable hour target
• Preferred law school: UNLV Boyd School of Law
