RBC Bearings Fairfield site is seeking a Machining Cell Setup Operator for the Grind Cell. You will perform multi‑setups and operate CNC and manual machining centers, including grinding and honing, to maximize production and quality. You will set speeds/feeds and select tooling accordingly.
You must be proficient with micrometers and various gauges, fill in on other department jobs, and train new hires as required. The role offers on‑site hours with competitive wages and benefits.
