Hartford Health Care Medical Group is seeking a licensed practical nurse to float among Urgent Care sites in Stamford, Norwalk, and Wilton. The role supports a variety of teams, with coverage every other weekend to ensure patient access across the network.
Under supervision of a Registered Nurse or Provider, you will deliver high-quality, cost-effective direct patient care, document patient data, and collaborate to achieve care goals across multiple units.
