• Open and close the kitchen, maintaining an organized and efficient environment.
• Prepare and present breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks daily, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Execute menus generated by the Chef de Cuisine, adhering to all recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Adjust meal preparations based on dietary restrictions and preferences of clients.
• Provide healthful, nutritious, and organic meals and snacks to support client well‑being.
• Ensure overall kitchen cleanliness, cleaning refrigerators, freezers, ovens, floors, and dishes after each meal.
• Engage positively with parents and guests, building rapport to enhance dining experience.
• Participate in baking or cooking groups as directed, contributing to team collaboration and skill development.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One to three years of applicable experience required.
• State Food Safety Certification preferred.
