OverviewStore Support associates perform a variety of non-sales functions, supporting customer order fulfillment, assisting customers in the lot, and providing administrative services. Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
As a Store Support Associate you will:
- Assist customers in the lot and direct them to store departments or merchandise.
- Provide administrative support and handle product order status inquiries.
- Participate in cash management and ensure program compliance as required.
- Work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, and carriers; maintain focus with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate integrity and maintain a customer-focused approach to achieve high satisfaction.
