Barnes & Noble College is seeking a Full-Time Supervisor to lead daily store operations, coach a diverse team, and deliver a premier campus bookstore experience in Fairfield, CT. You’ll open/close, act as Manager-on-Duty, and ensure priorities are met while maintaining a welcoming, student-centered atmosphere.
You will guide associates across departments, resolve customer questions with professionalism, and champion store standards. A 30–40 hour week, including evenings and weekends, is typical.
